Praesidium means something like "defence" or "defender" in Latin. Hmmm....

This card is meant to be the anti-Energy Removal, since the energy on that Pokémon can't be touched no matter what. ... And by no matter what, I mean that you can't retreat or use an attack if you need to discard energy. Oh well.
