Nick15's Critique:

A fairly simple Magmar card. The image is one of my personal favorites (of all the pictures I've ever drawn).

Panic Punch is a real pain, both to you and your opponent. 60 damage for ONLY 2 is a very powerful attack, but the fact that Magmar has to have 50 damage on it makes it tough to pull off.
