The combination of 100 HP an a 1 energy/20 damage attack and it's electric resistance makes it a bit on the broken side. But that's just me pushing the envelope here. ;)

On the plus side, Onix won't do much against Rocket Zapdos, since Tremors will do jack nothing against it. Buh. It's a lose-lose situation with Onix and Rocket Zapdos.

The picture is OK in my opinion. It took me quite some time to get the head right. Humph.
