Fossil Info
The second expansion to come out of
Japan reaches the shores of the US!
So really... what is Fossil?
Here are the facts:

Fossil was originally planned to be released in US
around Janurary 2000 (based on original Jungle
estimates), but after Jungle was pushed ahead, it also
pushed ahead the Fossil estimates. It was then released
around October 10, 1999.
Symbol: The symbol
for Fossil was a claw type thing: What else do I have for you? I've

Set Size: The
set was originally 48 cards big in Japan, however in the
US it was expanded (yet decreased) to 62 cards. WotC did
the holo/non-holo deal again.
WotC decided to take out
Mew and turn it into a Pokémon League Promo
card. At first, people complained about it... but
those same people walked out of the Pokémon
League with 11 of them.
