Can you say "Bye bye Energy?" Well, this deck takes cake, and then some.

Try to use the Lapras or Dittos as your starting Pokémons. They hold out well as a staller as you build up your bench Pokémon.

Get the Golducks and the Dragonairs our and pump them up until they are battle ready. Then release the carnage.

If all goes well, your opponent will be totally energy-less, and you can then pick them off with any of your Pokémon.

Customize! Take out some cards (1 Jigglypuff, 2 Golduck & Dragonair and 1 Dratini & Psyduck would be a good starter) and add in the Poliwag-Poliwhirl-Poliwrath line for ultimate Energy Denial carnage!
