This is sort of a given actually. Just prevent damage done to Chansey from it's Double-edge Attack.

Rulings (official card rulings from WotC):
- Double-edge is a SELF-REFERENCING attack. This mean, if you attack with a Chansey, you CAN'T do 80 damage to another Chansey in play instead of the attacking Chansey.
- Scrunch prevents damage being done to Chansey from an attack, but it still takes Poison (and any other) damage.
